Stuck

The initial start to a triptych of similar paintings, this is a nude study of a woman in her personal domestic space. The style is quite diverse to others I have explored, showcasing harsh lines with a fluorescent pink background. The size is large, the scale of it aiming to be a large presence in any room. Painted in thick and forgiving acrylic mediums to provide a level of brightness and pop art style that cannot be achieved with oil paint. The photograph of this painting has been enhanced in photoshop to bring an extra level of colour and vibrancy to it.
